Meet Our Founder
Mabel brings over 15 years of clinical experience across government hospitals and private physiotherapy settings. In 2021, she founded Engaged Physiotherapy & Pilates Clinic, bringing together physiotherapy and personalised Pilates.

A former state netball player, Mabel holds comprehensive Pilates certifications from APPI and BASI, alongside additional qualifications in women’s health and Scolio-Pilates. Her approach focuses on supporting recovery, improving body awareness and building confidence in movement.

Through APPI education, she also helps practitioners develop their knowledge and teaching skills in Pilates and rehabilitation.
