Cancellation Policy

All classes require a confirmed booking. Cancellations or rescheduling must be completed at least 12 hours before the class starts. The session credit will be returned with its original expiry date. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 12 hours before class, and failure to attend a booked class, will result in one session being deducted. Participants arriving more than five minutes after the class starts may not be permitted to join, and the session will be deducted. If Engaged cancels a class, the session credit will be returned with its original expiry date. All replacement bookings must be completed within the package validity period.
